Now progress through the level as normal to get a yellow keycard.
#DOOM ETERNAL IMP CRACK#
After breaking through another wall with a glowing green crack, follow the massive pile of rubble on the right until reaching another wall with a crack in it. Now continue down the path towards the end of the level. Drop into the room below to find the game's first 1Up.

After getting it, look to the right: the floor is collapsed.
#DOOM ETERNAL IMP WINDOWS#
Don't jump down into the space below, but edge along the ledge near the windows (don't go out the windows, stay inside). Jump onto the ledge and keep following it through the collapsed floor. There's a ledge with electrical cables sticking out of it. Punch it, break it, and go through to drop down to the final toy for the stage: an Imp.Īfter emerging from the secret room, look to the left.

Jump on the truck and walk along it, then jump to the ledge above a different storefront, this one reading ShuZ (for one's feet). This leads to a wide ledge, and on the left wall there's a section with a big crack.

There is also a truck lying on its side in front of that store. Upon entering the area, there's a storefront with a sign above the doorway that says SCOTT. There are five things for the Doom Slayer to find here, and the area is bigger than the previous two, so look sharp. Punch through the wall and walk down a corridor to the question mark for the prize: a toy Zombie. Instead, hunt around for a big crack in the left wall. Don't try to bust through the grate, it won't work. There is a third secret however, locked in a big glowing question mark behind a grate. That said, it's hard to miss the first two secrets: the first Modbot and Codex page are right on the main path leading to the end of the zone. It should be noted that even if a player missed these the first time around, Doom Eternal's Fast Travel system makes it relatively easy to go back and pick secrets up after clearing out the hordes of Hell. This is the very start of the game, and there are three secrets to find. RELATED: How to Beat the Gladiator Boss in Doom Eternal The Hell Priest Barge The secrets range between cosmetic and being directly helpful to gameplay, so for the sake of completionism, lore, new weapons, and fun, here is a guide to aid in finding the secrets hidden throughout the game's first stage.
#DOOM ETERNAL IMP SOFTWARE#
The Easter Eggs are largely references to past id Software titles, all wrapped up in a celebration of the path that led to Doom Eternal and scattered throughout the game. While the fantastic gameplay, minimalist-but-satisfying story, and awesome visuals and soundtrack are all huge draws, there is also the lure of Doom easter eggs and secrets waiting around every corner to be discovered.

The imp has the same amount of health as the zombie, with 200 HP, but very slightly less health during stagger (90 HP), making them ever so slightly easier to accidentally kill instead of glory kill. The ice bomb is effective at forcing them to stay still for follow-up attacks. The imp retains statistics and behaviors which mostly match those from the previous game.
